These were the first words enshrined into my memory as a young student in Allstate Benefits sales academy back in 2002. It was this message that put my mind at ease as to my decision to leave another voluntary benefit provider to join the Allstate Benefits team. I was searching for a provider that emphasized servicing both the account and the policyholder, and not a provider that was driven by sales.
